Nurse Practitioner & Paramedic Practitioner

Please see our Advanced Nurse Practitioners Heather, Jane and Nithya  or our Paramedic Practitioner Linda Love Monday -Friday for Minor Ailments and acute problems. They will be more than happy to help you.

Cancelling your Appointment

If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone to cancel your appointment.

Test Results

If you have been asked to telephone for the results of an investigation, please ring the appropriate surgery - Victoria Cross Surgery on 535584 or Eldene Health Centre on 480111

Out of Hours

If you need urgent advice or a home visit when the surgery is closed please contact NHS 111.

Offering regulated services to Victoria Cross Surgery, 168/169 Victoria Road, Swindon, Wilts, SN1 3BU and the branch surgery at Eldene Health Centre, Swindon, Wilts, SN3 3RZ.

Victoria Cross Surgery aims to provide high quality health care in a responsive, supportive, courteous and cost-effective manner.
