Dear Patients,
There are just four short weeks until Eldene Health Centre and it’s team re-locate and become based at Eldene Surgery.
As previously mentioned to avoid confusion for our patients, Eldene Health Centre will be changing it’s name to Lakeside Practice.
We would therefore like to clarify that there will be no changes to Victoria Cross Surgery which is neither moving nor closing and will remain at it’s current site on Victoria Road and will continue to serve it’s patients as normal.
Victoria Cross Surgery will continue to manage Lakeside Practice as a branch site, there will be no change to patient care and Lakeside Practice is NOT merging with Eldene Surgery.
